Hi! I have been away for a very long time in a place known as know other name as NYC! I was taking the Summer Intensive Pre-College Drawing + Design course at Parsons The New School Of Design. This place made high school look like a piece of cake. Every student had 6 hrs worth of homework every night. Yes, it was challenging but I learned so much and was able to live my dream for 4 weeks.
Ooops I almost forgot to mention my new haircut. Well I decided to chop 10 in of my hair off about 5 weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. A lot of people asked "Why did you cut your hair?" I was very unsatisfied and annoyed with doing my hair every single morning so I woke up and BAM! hair was gone ahaha. In this time period a lot of women feel like their hair is was brings beauty but to NO, who you are is what brings beauty not your hair. Plus all around me women have tracks or whatever the hair is called and hide their hair behind, not embracing who they truly are.
I am so excited for my hair to grow long so that I can have an amazing blond curly afro. Aaaah just thinking about it really excites me. =)
Back To The Point
Here are a two of my favorite pieces I made (which includes a paper jacket)along with a photo of my school and an amazing view of nyc from the MET Gala Museum.
